Beautopia Hair and Beauty - a fast-paced Hairdressing and Beauty trade supply store located in Port Macquarie, is seeking a customer service assistant for 3 days a week, and alternate Saturdays.

A hairdressing or beauty background is essential The ideal candidate would be familiar with computers and point of sale systems and be very detail oriented.

A pleasant outgoing personality is required as the position will have a lot of customer contact.

To be successful you must:

- Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Be organised and demonstrate excellent time management.
- Have experience in sales.
- Be motivated and have a great eye for detail.
- A hairdressing background is essentialas these products are the main focus of the business.





Key responsibilities include:

- In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.
- Picking and packing orders, including invoicing, branch transfers and goods received.
- Checking off incoming stock and restocking shelves.
- Housekeeping and maintenance of the store
- Assisting with opening and closing of the store.
- Promotion of our major brands.

Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands. This is an exciting prospect for the right applicant.
