Working within mostly the Residential sector in a fantastic,



people oriented workplace, your role will be to assist people in understanding the range of Curtains, Blinds, Security Shutters and Doors, Awnings, Plantation Shutters and associated products that our client offers and securing appointments for a home measure and quote for their sales consultants. The customers will either come into the show room or by phone enquiry. All training will be provided. As such, the role requires the following:
- Experience dealing with customers face to face
- A positive and happy disposition
- An infectious "can do" attitude
- Great attention to detail
- An exceptional level of people skills
- Great communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- Great presentation
- The understanding that the customer comes first, in line with the company's policies on customer service.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a retail role that includes some rostered weekend work subject to your availability. Our client has several showrooms. Please do not hesitate to apply if you are chasing a job like this regardless of where you live. The rosters are organised so that you will be mostly working at the closest location to home.
