About The Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Operator who shares our values of Safety & Security, Passion, Integrity, Reliability, Innovation and Teamwork. Suitable candidates will be required to deliver a range of airport customer services including passenger assistance and check-ins based at Kalgoorlie Airport on a Permanent Part Time basis working up to full time hours. Split shifts are a permanent part of this role.
Operating at the Kalgoorlie Airport Terminal, Menzies manages all aspects of the Ground Handling Operations for their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing check in services.
- Passenger assistance.
- Coordinating arrivals and departures.
- Conducting pre-flight checks.
Essential Requirements
- Strong background in customer service.
- Have full time availability, including shift work and split shifts.
- Must be willing to work shift work; inclusive of weekends.
- Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team.
- A strong focus and committed attitude towards safety.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to provide exceptional levels of service.
- Adherence to strict grooming guidelines and dress standards.
- Ability to commit to a rotating roster that covers 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
- Ability to obtain an Airport Security Card, Police Check and pass a medical, including a Drug & Alcohol Screen.
Desirable
- Previous experience within the industry is an advantage, but not necessary.
