Peak Manufacturing supplies metal roofing, wall cladding, Rain water goods , roofing materials and Custom Flashing's .We working with major supplier the likes of Lysaght,Stramit, Metroll, and Bluescope. We've been doing this long enough to know what trade customers actually need, and we've built the business around making it easy for them.

The role

You'll own a portfolio of trade customers, mostly roofers and plumbers, and be responsible for keeping them coming back. That means fast quotes, accurate orders, and being the person they call first when they need something. You'll also be expected to proactively grow accounts and bring back customers who've gone quiet.

This is a phone and email-based role. There's no field travel or site visits, your relationships are built and maintained through fast, accurate service on every call and quote.

What you'll actually be doing

Answering the phone

Serving customers at front sales counter

Dealing with Builders roofers Carpenters and trade people

Must be motivated to learn and take on more responsibility over time

Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to see the company and themselves grow Together

- Managing inbound trade enquiries,
- preparing and following up on quotes,
- raising orders,




- identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts,
- working directly with our warehouse team to make sure delivery doesn't become a problem after the sale.

What we need from you

- At least two years in trade sales or building supplies.
- Friendly professional and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service
- A person that's willing to learn or business and systems that we offer
