Customer Service Team Member

Verde Infinito Alfresco Pizzeria — Smithfield NSW

We're looking for afriendly, reliable and enthusiastic, Customer Service Team Member, to join Verde Infinito Alfresco Pizzeria.

This role is about creating a great experience for every customer — from the moment they arrive until they leave.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and organisation throughout your section.

Your responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, skilled service
- Taking orders and payments accurately
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Communicating orders clearly with the kitchen
- Checking orders for accuracy
- Ensuring food meets Verde Infinito's quality standards before being served
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised area
- Cleaning tables and general cleaning
- Supporting the rest of the team during busy periods
- Following food safety and hygiene requirements
- Helping with other general hospitality duties as required

Essential criteria

- Friendly, welcoming and confident with customers
- Well presented and professional
- Reliable and punctual




- Attentive to detail and organised
- Good communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be available on Friday and Saturday

Desirable criteria

- Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in pizza environments
- Great knowledge of Italian language and cuisine
