Council are seeking applications for this Permanent Part Time role. Individuals who are keen to provide quality customer service and administrative support to community members and internal teams are encouraged to apply.

The Primary Purpose of the role is to provide friendly, high quality frontline customer service and business support that fosters a professional and positive image of Council and meets the needs of customers at all times.

Salary and conditions: The role is 35 hours per fortnight, and is Grade 4 in Council’s salary system from $31.95 to $35.79 per hour plus 12% Superannuation.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.





The applicant will have a minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience in a customer focused business environment and hold a current Class C driving licence.

A demonstrated understanding and experience in customer service and business administration, complimented by highly developed communication skills both verbal and written are essential in this position.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo and successfully pass a “Functional Assessment”, inclusive of Alcohol & Other Drugs screening, and a “Criminal History Check”.
