Primary objective

Lead data governance, reporting, analytics and business intelligence activities supporting implementation of the TechnologyOne Supply

Chain System to improve data quality, operational reporting and decision making across NT Health.

Context statement

NT Health is implementing Technology One to modernise procurement, inventory and warehouse management capability across the northern regions. The rollout supports replacement of legacy Qantel processes, improved catalogue governance, inventory visibility, lot and expiry controls, GS1 barcode scanning, fixed reorder quantities,



recall traceability and a more consistent hub-and-spoke distribution model across Top End, Big Rivers and East Arnhem. The implementation requires migration, validation and governance of procurement,

inventory and catalogue data while developing reporting solutions to support operational performance across NT Health.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Lead data governance, migration, cleansing and validation activities supporting project implementation.
2. Manage the Reporting Analyst and Data Analyst to deliver project milestones.
3. Develop reporting strategies, dashboards and business intelligence solutions supporting operational and executive decision making.
4. Lead data quality improvement initiatives and establish data governance processes.
5. Work closely with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPI frameworks.
6. Provide expert advice regarding reporting, analytics, testing and continuous improvement activities.

Selection criteria

Essential

1. Demonstrated experience leading data governance, data migration, validation, reporting or business intelligence initiatives within a

complex project or organisational environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing technical teams, including planning work, mentoring staff and delivering project outcomes within agreed

Demonstrated experience analysing complex business requirements and translating data into meaningful reports, dashboards,

business intelligence solutions and key performance indicators that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with enterprise reporting, analytics and data management tools, including SQL, Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platforms, with an understanding of data integration and reporting best practices.
- Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify data issues, implement practical solutions and deliver quality outcomes in a complex project workplace.
- Highly developed communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and provide expert advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders on reporting, analytics and data governance.

Desirable

1. Experience with TechnologyOne Reporting & Analytics, Ci Anywhere, ETL processes or other enterprise ERP reporting environments.
2. Experience developing interactive dashboards and visual analytics using Microsoft Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and report

publishing.
