Our client, a global leader in project and facilities management, is seeking experienced professionals to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre portfolio across Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure for one of the world's largest technology organisations.
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals across the following disciplines:
- Lead the protected and successful delivery of data centre construction projects.
- Manage contractors, project schedules, quality outcomes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive project performance from planning through to commissioning.
QA/QC Specialists
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Conduct inspections, audits,
and compliance reviews across all project phases.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Cost Managers
- Manage cost planning, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
- Support change management and financial governance throughout project delivery.
- Provide strategic cost advice to project stakeholders.
Project Coordinators (GCM)
- Support project controls, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist project leadership teams in maintaining project governance and delivery objectives.
- Ensure effective communication across multiple workstreams and contractors.
Integration Managers
- Coordinate interfaces between design, construction, commissioning, and operational teams.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate issue resolution.
- Support seamless project integration and readiness outcomes.
