A high-profile Federal Government department is looking to engage an experiencedSenior Integration Analystto join a high-performing Technology Services team and contribute to the delivery of innovative ICT solutions supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in analysing, defining and documenting business and integration requirements while working closely with business and technical stakeholders across complex programs of work. The successfulSenior Integration Analystwill be offered an initial12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Senior Integration Analystwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Analyse and document business and integration requirements, ensuring solutions align with organisational objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
- Facilitate workshops with business, technical and multidisciplinary stakeholders to gather, validate and refine requirements and solution outcomes.
- Develop and maintain Agile artefacts including Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, process models, scope models and sequence diagrams.
- Support quality assurance activities through peer reviews,
solution reviews and validation of specifications and design documentation.
- Create current and future state business process models, identify dependencies and risks, and support successful systems delivery across complex ICT initiatives.
The successfulSenior Integration Analystwill have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst or Integration Analyst delivering enterprise technology solutions within complex programs and projects.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation using Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to develop business analysis artefacts including Epics, User Stories, process models, scope models, risk analysis and sequence diagrams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across senior and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience supporting systems delivery outcomes, undertaking quality reviews and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
