Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to help lead the hotel's people strategy, oversee daily HR operations, and partner with the Director of HR to drive an engaged, high-performing team in a fast-paced, upscale property adjacent to Darling Harbour.

This senior role requires a proven HR background in hospitality, robust communication and leadership skills, and full Australian work rights; RTW cert, HIGA/FWA knowledge, and visa handling experience are valued.
