Key responsibilities
- Design proposals for customised group program and study tours
- Coordinate logistical planning including accommodation, transport, and excursions
- Prepare pre-departure materials for students and staff
- Complete post-program evaluations

- Oversee financial administration related to programs
- Work closely with Australian university academic staff to develop academic itineraries
- Support delivery of global group travel experiences
