Role Description The Data Insights Analyst / Junior Data Analyst at The Friend is a full-time, remote role focused on turning data into clear, actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and organizing data from various sources, performing basic data analysis, and supporting market and customer insight projects.

The role involves creating reports and visualizations, summarizing key findings for internal stakeholders, and assisting in the monitoring of trends and performance metrics. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates insights in an accessible way, and helps refine data processes and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess experience or coursework in Market Research and Customer Insight.




- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and introductory-level SQL or Python) and an interest in learning more.
