We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and curious Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and turning complex information into actionable insights.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business and operational data.
- Support teams with regular performance reporting and KPI analysis.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with market, customer, and business performance analysis.
- Translate data findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, finance, product, and operations teams on data-related projects.
- Maintain and update databases, reporting tools, and analytical models.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from management.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data analysis processes and reporting standards.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis,



statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply.
