We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and junior professionals who are passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, and using data to support better business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

• Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from databases.

• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business and operational questions.

• Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with business, product, marketing, finance, and technology teams.

• Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities.

• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.





• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL .

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
