We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Factory General Hand to join a small team to support our growing assembly and delivery operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, variety, and being part of a supportive, safety-focused team. Must have LR licence as a minimum.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers (by hand and forklift).
- Delivering and installing furniture at client sites.
- Handling stock movement, deliveries, and collections from trades (upholsterers, polishers, powder coaters, etc.).
- Assembling commercial furniture and components.
- Warranty / rectification work.
- Keeping the warehouse and your workbench clean and organised.
- Helping maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and handle heavy items safely.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Reliable, honest, and safety-minded.
- First Aid Certificate, or basic carpentry skills are a bonus.
