Your opportunity
Technology is central to how a up-to-date university operates, connects with its students and staff, and delivers its strategic priorities.
As Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of complex, multi-stream technology programs spanning key University portfolios, bringing together technology, business and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
This is a senior delivery leadership role where you’ll provide strategic oversight across significant programs, navigate complex dependencies and risks, and bring clarity to competing priorities. You’ll work closely with senior executives, program sponsors and stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned, transparent and focused on outcomes.
You’ll work across the full breadth of the University, supporting technology initiatives across Future Students, Current Students, Teaching & Learning, and Research & Enterprise.
You will make an impact by:
- Establishing delivery plans, governance and quality controls across programs
- Bringing together Project Managers, technology teams, vendors and stakeholders
- Managing program risks, dependencies, resources and critical delivery paths
- Providing clear reporting and insights to executives and governance forums
- Leading change and embedding new ways of working across the University
What you will bring
You’re an experienced Delivery Lead or Program Manager who thrives in complex environments where technology, people and business priorities intersect.
You bring strategic thinking and strong delivery discipline, with the confidence to take ownership of significant programs, navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problems.
You’ll be comfortable working with senior executives and governance forums, leading multidisciplinary teams and making decisions that keep delivery moving while maintaining strong risk, financial and governance disciplines.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- Extensive experience delivering complex, multi-stream technology programs
- Proven leadership across governance, risk and benefits realization
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex environments
- Strong financial, resource and stakeholder management capability
- Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity

Your opportunity is
- Full-time, continuing (permanent)
- Located at Gold Coast, QLD 4225. Relocation assistance is available, making it easier to join our regional communities
- HEW Level 9. The base salary ranges from $134,393 - $140,896 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $164,848.
