What You'll Do:

- Warmly welcome and check in patients with a friendly smile
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communications
- Handle billing, insurance processing, and administrative tasks
- Assist chairside when needed to support our clinical team
- Use your intermediate chairside dental assisting skills to effectively support clinical procedures
- Help create and maintain a smooth, comfortable, and positive patient experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:





- Experience in dental reception and/or dental assisting
- Minimum 1–2 years of dental reception or dental assisting experience required
- Experience in both dental reception and dental assisting highly regarded
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- A team player with a friendly, warm, professional, and positive attitude
- Knowledge of dental software is an advantage
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
