About the role

Brentford Cosmetic Dental is seeking a talented and committed part-time Dentist to join our energetic team in Forest Hill, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to our valued patients whilst maintaining a flexible work schedule. As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and contributing to the continued success and reputation of our practice.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessment and diagnostic tools( eye to pay attention on detalis)
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and preferences
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative work, preventative treatments, sugery and cosmetic dentistry
- Provide patients with clear explanations of treatment options and expected outcomes, ensuring informed consent
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice standards
- Maintain a safe, hygienic and sterile clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols
- Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay current with advances in dental technology, materials and treatment techniques through ongoing professional development
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and foster long-term patient relationships based on trust and excellent care

What we're looking for

- Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia as a qualified Dentist
- Unrestricted Australian dental registration or eligibility to obtain it
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
- A minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification clinical experience in general dentistry, local expiernce is most what we are looking for.
- Strong clinical skills with proficiency in restorative, preventative and cosmetic dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to patient care and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of current dental software systems and digital imaging technology
- A professional, ethical approach to dental practice and patient confidentiality
- Current CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points or willingness to undertake ongoing professional development
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry or a particular interest in developing expertise in this area would be advantageous
