My Local Dentists Northmead is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and patient-focused Dentist to join our established and growing practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist looking for more than a traditional associate position. We are seeking someone who is motivated to build a strong patient base, develop their clinical interests and leadership capabilities, and become an integral part of the long-term growth of the practice.

For the right candidate, this role offers a genuine long-term pathway towards Principal Dentist and potential practice ownership.

The Opportunity

Minimum commitment of 2 days per week

Wednesday is essential, plus either Monday or Friday

Opportunity to increase working days as the practice continues to grow

Established patient base with excellent opportunity to develop and expand your own patient book The current Principal Dentist, Dr Thomas Choi, is looking to focus on the wider My Local Dentists group, creating a potential long-term pathway for the right candidate to progress into a Principal Dentist role and future practice ownership

About You

We are looking for a dentist who:

Is AHPRA registered and holds the appropriate Australian dental qualifications

Provides consistently high-quality, patient-centred dental care





Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Is confident working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

Is motivated, ambitious and committed to ongoing professional development

Is experienced in providing orthodontic treatment, or is interested in developing and growing their skills in orthodontics

Has an interest in developing clinical leadership, practice management and business skills

Is looking for a long-term opportunity and is motivated by the prospect of progressing into a Principal Dentist position with greater responsibility for the practice
