scouted. are excited to be working with an established Residential Land Developer on the addition of a (Junior) Development Manager, dedicated solely to a flagship new project/venture within the Industrial Property space. With a mandate to grow their Portfolio across more diverse asset classes, they are seeking either an Assistant Development Manager, ready to step up, or a current/recently promoted Development Manager (with strong exposure and experience across Industrial Projects) to join their growing Business in this new and exciting role.

For a motivated and ambitious DM Candidate, this is a huge opportunity to lead a flagship project end-to-end, work directly under the CEO, and become the go-to team member for the Industrial Asset class within the wider development team. This role will initially be responsible for managing an 80-hectare site in Melbourne's South-East that is currently progressing through a PSP process, earmarked for a multi-purpose industrial business park. You will lead this development through planning, design, subdivision and servicing stages, over an expected 12-month PSP program, ahead of built form commencing. Also in the group's pipeline is another 150ha landholding in the northern corridor that is also undertaking a PSP process (recently brought forward due to State Significance).

Your Responsibilities

- Assisting with planning, design and delivery of all industrial development projects within the group's portfolio
- Prepare consultancy agreements, and co-ordinate project consultant teams during application and documentation phases
- Preparation of Monthly PCG reports and external Investment Committee Papers with oversight from Senior Leadership
- Attend on-site PCG meetings and report on project status,



issues and risks, directly to the group's CEO
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships with external Asset and Leasing Teams, gaining full cycle responsibility

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in a related Property discipline are essential (planning background highly regarded)
- Minimum 3 years of Property or Construction experience in the Industrial Property space
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to learn quickly as well as take on responsibility
- A hard-working attitude, happy to roll up your sleeves and make this project your own
- Someone looking to gain autonomy and greater responsibility across the full project lifecycle
- Strong experience with either Feasibilities and/or Asset Management on (ideally) Industrial Subdivisions
