Mt Magnet Drilling is currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

- Experienced Diamond Drillers and Senior Diamond Drillers
- To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Hold a minimum of a HR-B Driver's Licence (unrestricted HR licence will be highly regarded; HR-A licences are not accepted).
- Provide a National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in demanding environments and as part of a close-knit team.
- Successfully complete pre-employment and ongoing Drug and Alcohol Screening.
- Successfully pass pre-employment and ongoing Medical and Functional Fitness Testing.
- Exhibit robust safe work practices and a commitment to following company procedures.




- Possess a sound mechanical aptitude with a willingness to undertake operational maintenance.
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations.
- Be capable of working autonomously.

Conditions of Employment:

- Roster: 2:1
- Competitive Rates. $700 to $850+ per day depending on experience and skill level.
- Work across Remote and Mine Site Operations.
- Fulltime and Casual roles available
