We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Residential Sales Agent to join our centralised Inbound/Outbound Sales team.

This is a pure phone-based sales role , where success is defined by your ability to convert opportunities, generate revenue, and consistently hit targets. Based in Adelaide , you’ll manage inbound enquiries and execute outbound sales activity while contributing to performance across the South Region .

What you’ll be doing

- Handling a high volume of inbound sales calls , converting enquiries into bookings

- Delivering structured outbound call activity to follow up leads, quotes, and lapsed customers

- Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise value on every interaction

- Confidently managing objections and closing sales on the spot

- Maintaining strong daily call activity, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes

- Accurately recording all interactions in CRM systems

- Thriving in a rapid-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
