About the role:

Digital Resources Technician

Ongoing, part-time – approximately 46 weeks per year

Commencing as soon as practicable

Concordia College is seeking a motivated and vibrant Digital Resources Technician who will provide active and friendly face-to-face daily digital resources support for College students and staff, assisting them with effectively using College software and hardware for learning and presentations. The Digital Resources Technician will have HelpDesk responsibilities.

The College is seeking a person with understanding of the concept and requirements of productive and friendly service to students and staff within the context of a school environment.

The Digital Resources Technician will identify and apply knowledge and skills to a range of processes and procedures to perform and resolve simple and complex tasks within a school digital and physical environment.
