The Digital Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator will oversee social and digital marketing activities across all Ghanem Group venues, to increase customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the digital marketing roadmap.

Key to your success will be a strong understanding of the following areas:

- Develop, deliver, and execute the social media marketing strategy for each venue, across all channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Implement powerful social media strategies, marketing campaigns, and events with a clear call to action that drives conversion and commercial growth
- Collaborate on the design, development, and creation of digital content and campaigns
- Communicating in the unique TOV for each brand, consistently across all platforms
- Undertake weekly social media monitoring and reporting, to gain insights and proactively respond
- Monitor results, trends, and influencers to strategically position each venue and brand, implementing these trends to stay relevant
- Capture key moments and organic content onsite at our venues and wider events
- Any other duties as directed by the Group Marketing Manager, and Head of Sales and Marketing

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:





- A passion and/or proven experience in social media or digital marketing
- Proven experience in social media or digital marketing
- A creative eye for content creation, editing (photo/video/text), and communication
- An understanding of the digital marketing landscape, META Business Suite, and social analytics tools
