About You
You are a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator who values collaboration, teamwork, and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You have a strong understanding of the 0-2 year age group developement and are committed to creating engaging, child-led experiences that support children's development and wellbeing. You enjoy contributing to a positive team culture and take pride in providing nurturing, responsive care and education.
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will work collaboratively in a team of 4 to implement, and evaluate engaging learning experiences that reflect the EYLF and VEYLDF. You will support children's learning and development through intentional teaching, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and high-quality learning environment.
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you would hold a:
- Diploma in Early Childhood
- 2 years experience minimum working in 0-2 year old
- WWCC-E
- First Aids, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLF and NQS
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Full Working Rights in Australia
