The opportunity
This is a rare chance to join our leadership team as Director. We are searching for a passionate, experienced and motivated leader to support the Executive Manager, overseeing Jump’s Harrisdale OSHC service.
This role needs an individual who naturally and actively promotes continuous improvement in all aspects of operations, collaborating with the Executive Manager to lead the team in providing high-quality learning and care.
Experience in managing budgets, monitoring daily operational performance, contributing to our Quality Improvement Plan and ensuring administrative requirements are met are essential.
This position will support and liaise with the overarching Management team, Educational Leaders, Sustainability Officer, RAP coordinator, and other Carey stakeholders. It is responsible for assisting in the leadership, support, supervision, training, and evaluation of staff, including students on placement and volunteers.

About you
- You demonstrate values of courage, respect, humility, integrity and kindness in everything you do
- You possess recent and relevant experience in a leadership or management role
- You hold or are working towards a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor Degree in Teaching Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
- If you hold a degree in teaching you must also possess a current TRBWA registration
- You have a valid Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance and current First Aid HLTAID012.
- You are available to work 37.5hrs as split shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm.
- You have unrestricted working rights in Australia to fulfil permanent full time positions.
