Director – Real Estate Private Credit | Origination

Sydney | $200k–$275k Base + Performance bonus

We’re looking for a genuinely commercial business developer and dealmaker to join a growing Real Estate Private Credit platform in Sydney.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for opportunities to land.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry, highly networked and motivated by winning business, someone who enjoys getting in front of borrowers, developers, advisers and intermediaries, uncovering opportunities and converting relationships into transactions.

The opportunity

You’ll take a senior role in driving current business and originating real estate credit opportunities across the Australian market.

The mandate is simple: build relationships, create deal flow and get transactions done.

You’ll be responsible for

- Originating new real estate private credit opportunities
- Building and leveraging relationships across developers, borrowers, brokers, advisers and other market participants
- Identifying opportunities before they formally come to market
- Driving transactions from initial conversation through to execution




- Working closely with investment and credit teams to structure commercially attractive transactions
- Developing a strong pipeline of repeat borrowers and referral relationships
- Representing the business in the Sydney property and private credit market

Who we’re looking for You could currently be working in real estate private credit, non-bank lending, property finance, debt advisory, banking or another highly commercial origination environment.

What matters is that you:

- Are a natural business developer
- Know how to open doors and build senior relationships
- Have a strong understanding of property and/or credit
- Are comfortable being measured on origination and revenue
- Can turn conversations into genuine deal flow
- Have the drive and persistence to get transactions across the line
