We’re Hiring | Disability Service Manager – Perth

Ethicare Supports is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Disability Service Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing our disability accommodation and community support services across Perth.

You’ll be responsible for

- Leading and supporting Coordinators, Team Leaders and frontline teams
- Overseeing participant services and service quality
- Managing risks, incidents and safeguarding matters
- Maintaining strong NDIS compliance and documentation standards
- Building positive relationships with participants, families and external stakeholders
- Driving accountability and continuous improvement across our services

We’re looking for someone with strong disability-sector experience, demonstrated leadership capability and a genuine commitment to person-centred support.
