About the role

We are currently seeking experiencedSupport Workers to assist our client in the Cumbalum area. Additional SIL and community shifts are available across the region inclusion in Lismore and Goonellabah.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience & Reliability: Proven history as a dedicated support worker. Highly dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to build rapport and clearly communicate with clients and team members
- Flexibility & Availability: Must have be available to work sleepover shifts as well as afternoon/evening hours

we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold. In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance:

- 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker, AIN, Aged Care Worker, Nurse, or related field
- Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III) in Disability or a related industry
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Manual Handling Certificate (12 Months Validity) or be willing to obtain- we can provide the training
- Medication Administration Certificate (12 Months Validity) or be willing to obtain- we can provide the training
- Drivers Licence & Comprehensively Insured Car
- Adaptable Availability
