We are looking for a Pharmacist with a warm, upbeat presence who inspires positivity in others, and genuinely loves connecting with people to create a lasting impact.

Your day-to-day

- Providing exceptional and personalised service
- Counselling clients on their medicines
- Handling phone calls and email enquiries from clients and doctors
- Quoting compounds, checking prescriptions and compounds

For those interested in a Pharmacist Manager position:
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations on the floor, ensuring exceptional patient-centred service
- Lead and energise the customer service team, jumping in to handle inquiries, escalations, and to strengthen relationships with clients, doctors, and clinics
- Work closely with the lab manager and pharmacist team to coordinate priorities, delegate tasks, and keep workflows seamless Keep the team motivated with regular check-ins, clear goals and feed- , leading performance reviews and making sure everyone’s playing to their strengths and staying on track
- Manage rostering, approving leave, and ensuring adequate staffing coverage
- Ensure policies, procedures, regulatory and service standards are understood, followed, and kept up to date with support from management

What we’re looking for

- AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
- A customer-focused and client-value oriented attitude
- An interest in holistic, natural, or alternative medicines
- A passion for learning, with a strong work ethic
- A team player who brings a positive, people-centred attitude
- Prior experience in compounding or pharmacy management a plus
