No Experience in Support Work? No Problem!

If you're an experienced cleaner with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. You can join our team as a Domestic Assistant, and if you decide you'd like to expand your career, we'll support you to transition into a Community Support Worker role as you gain the required qualifications and experience.
If you're already qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), or have previous disability or aged care experience, you may be able to commence immediately as a Community Support Worker.

Domestic Assistant
As a Domestic Assistant, you'll support our NDIS and aged care clients by helping them maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home.
Duties may include
- General household cleaning
- Spring cleans and decluttering
- Laundry and ironing
- Changing bed linen
- General household tasks
This is the perfect opportunity for experienced cleaners who enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with flexible hours. As you gain experience and, if you choose, complete relevant qualifications, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a Community Support Worker role.
Community Support Worker
If you're already qualified or experienced, you can commence immediately as a Community Support Worker. In addition to light domestic assistance, your role may include:
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments
- Shopping and errands
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Assistance with everyday activities that promote independence

Essential Requirements – Domestic Assistant
To apply as a Domestic Assistant, you'll need:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Full Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
- Smartphone with data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional and committed to providing exceptional service
- Availability of at least 3 days per week preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Additional Requirements – Community Support Worker
If applying as a Community Support Worker, you'll also require:
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current motor vehicle that successfully passes Webster Services' Vehicle Safety Inspection and is suitable for transporting clients
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous disability or aged care experience (preferred)
