This multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation made up of 20 clinicians based near Varsity Lakes, is seeking a strong Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join their organisation!
Full time role available - caseload & setting tailored to your preference!
- Salary starting at $105,000 - $120,000 + Super + Benefits depending on your experience
- $2000 Professional development allowance + 2 days professional development leave
- Based purely in the clinic or do a hybrid role based on your preference
- Choose your caseload - see paedatric, mixed or adults only
- 70/30 split of management to caseload responsibilities

About the role: As a leader, you'll mentor and support a team of 15 Occupational Therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering their professional growth. You will oversee the team's adherence to best practices while maintaining a small caseload to enhance both client care and team performance. By providing clinical supervision and guidance, you'll help staff develop confidence and refine their skills.
You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary leaders to ensure integrated care and continuously improve service delivery through innovative practices. Your in-depth knowledge of the NDIS will be crucial in guiding the team and delivering tailored services for clients.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS and experience working within its framework
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
