Airport Development Group (ADG) is delivering Program Alkina, a major ERP and HR transformation across the Northern Territory. We are seeking a SME – Human Resources & Change to guide HR systems, workforce processes and governance through go-live and adoption.

You will partner with HR, operations and vendors across Darwin and Cairns, shaping change management, testing, training, documentation and compliance activities to ensure a smooth transition to recent platforms including Infor and ReadyTech
