About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our Construction team.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this senior position is responsible for managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading project planning and execution from start to finish
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and resources
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing project documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Driving safety, quality, and commercial outcomes across all projects




- Participating in tenders, design reviews, and submissions
- Monitoring progress, forecasting, and adapting plans as required
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Delivering projects in line with contractual, financial, and operational targets

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated Project Management experience
- CAD experience
- HYENA calculation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Robust conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
