About the role

Mighty Quinn's is seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team in Yokine, WA. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of our staff. This is a full time position, offering the prospect to play a key role in the success of our thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Manage customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering processes to maintain optimal levels of supplies and resources
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and training programs
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to the team to foster a positive and productive work culture
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry




- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and foster a positive and productive work environment
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to the hospitality industry
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond effectively to challenging situations
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
