E-Commerce, Digital Marketing & Office Support – Casual

3 Days Per Week – Monday, Wednesday & Friday

We are looking for an experienced, creative and motivated person to join our team on a casual basis, working 3 days per week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The main focus of this role will be to manage and grow our online sales, Shopify store and digital marketing presence, while also providing general office and customer service support when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain our Shopify online store
- Manage online orders, product listings, pricing and product information
- Develop ideas and strategies to increase online sales
- Create and upload new products, images, descriptions and promotions
- Manage online customer enquiries and assist customers with purchases
- Assist with digital marketing and online advertising
- Create engaging social media content, promotional material and campaigns
- Create and edit photos, graphics, short videos, Reels and other marketing content
- Help manage and grow our presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and other relevant online channels
- Assist with email marketing, promotions and new product launches
- Keep our website and online content fresh, professional and up to date
- Answer incoming telephone calls when required
- Assist customers with product and order enquiries
- Provide general office and administration support
- Cover and assist other office staff during sick leave, annual leave or busy periods

What We're Looking For The successful applicant should have:
- Previous Shopify and e-commerce experience




- Experience in digital marketing and growing online sales
- Experience creating social media and marketing content
- Ability to create and edit photos, graphics and videos
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar would be an advantage
- Understanding of online advertising, promotions and customer engagement
- Good computer and internet skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good customer service skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring new marketing ideas to the business
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the online side of the business
- Reliable, organised and willing to assist with different duties when required

Working Days Monday, Wednesday & Friday

This is a diverse position suited to someone who enjoys e-commerce, digital marketing, social media and content creation, but is also happy to be part of a small team and assist with day-to-day office and customer service duties when needed.

We are looking for someone who can not only maintain our online presence but actively help us improve it, create professional content and grow our online sales.
