Your new role
Supporting a leadership team of five senior executives, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support in a role that requires initiative, discretion and exceptional organisational skills.Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex calendar and meeting management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Monitoring and managing executive inboxes
- Drafting communications and correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
- Preparing meeting materials and supporting leadership meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating and administering logistics for leadership and business events
- General executive and administrative support across the leadership team
