How Standby Works You register your availability,



and we'll call or message you on the morning of the shift if a centre needs coverage. It's ideal for educators who want genuine flexibility and can be ready to head to a centre at short notice.

Who We're Looking For

Must be fully qualified with one of the following:

- Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- OSHC educators also welcome
