Your new role

As the EBP Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. You will oversee work package planning, resource allocation, sprint and release coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance compliance, and risk management. Acting as the key point of contact for delivery activities, you'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Release Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive successful outcomes and support solution adoption across the organisation.

You'll also champion continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and the use of scalable, reusable platform solutions.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven experience delivering enterprise ICT solutions,



ideally within a Microsoft technology environment. You will have strong experience leading Power Platform or Dynamics 365 implementations and be confident managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. A solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence are essential.

You'll be a strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while operating within governance and compliance frameworks that support large-scale ICT delivery.
