Northern Beaches Council

- Ecommerce Marketing Specialist
- Ecommerce Fashion Brand
- Northern Beaches (Sydney)

Every week, this brand drops new product. Every drop has to hit the site, the inbox and the socials at the same moment: collections built, product live, EDM out, banners right, codes working. Someone owns making all of that happen, on time, every time.

That someone is this role.

We're working with a growing Australian ecommerce fashion brand selling direct to a fiercely loyal customer base on Shopify. This financial year is set to be their biggest yet. They're launching new brands, they've just appointed a new performance marketing agency, and the marketing team has been rebuilt over the past year under a manager the whole business rates. The team is genuinely humming, and this seat sits right at the centre of the online operation.

The job in a sentence: you run the trading calendar. Every launch, sale and campaign flows through you. Take a sale. You'd work with the merchandise planner on what's going in, brief content on banners and hero product based on stock depth, set up the codes, get the EDMs loaded, tested and sent through Klaviyo, make sure the site is merchandised and converting, feed the performance agency the products, dates and offers, and loop in the warehouse and store so the whole business lands it together.

Day to day you'd be across:

- Running the ecommerce trading and campaign calendar, weekly new releases, sales, seasonal moments and the big trading events

- Managing the EDM process end to end, product selection, loading, testing and sending through Klaviyo to a database of 400,000
- Onsite merchandising, keeping the homepage and collection pages sharp, in stock and converting
- Creating and managing discount codes and promotional set-up across the site
- Briefing and coordinating content, the merchandise planner, warehouse, store and the performance agency
- Reporting on campaign, product and site performance, and what to do better next drop

What makes it a valuable move: the impact is immediate and measurable. What you send and what you merchandise moves real revenue the same day, and you'll see it in the numbers. The business is lean and flat, the founder knows everyone by name, and good ideas get heard no matter whose they are. You're not one cog in a big ecommerce team here. You're the person who runs the engine.

This suits someone a few years into ecommerce or ecommerce marketing, hands-on in Shopify and Klaviyo, who's touched EDMs, onsite merchandising and campaign or trading calendars, and whose real strength is organisation. The person who catches the broken link before the send, chases five teams without making enemies, and gets a genuine kick out of launch day. You don't need to be an email specialist or a media buyer, the templates are built and the paid strategy is handled. You need to be the one who pulls it all together.
