Australia's most experienced clinical pharmacy consultancy. For 30 years, Meditrax has made medication management and clinical care safer for aged care providers across Australia - from national operators to standalone and rural facilities.
We were founded on the belief that safer medication systems should be within reach of every care provider, regardless of size or budget.
MediLearn was born from Meditrax, turning that expertise into education: accredited training, online learning, workshops and tailored programs for care workers and organisations. We put the knowledge in the hands of the people delivering care. Better education, safer care - that's MediLearn.
About the role
We're looking for a energetic Education Coordinator to join our small, close-knit team working at our Drummoyne office. It's a part-time role - two days a week, with the flexibility to spread that across three days if that suits you better.
You'll sit at the centre of two education programs, Meditrax and MediLearn, helping bring accredited and non-accredited training to life for aged care providers across Australia. It's a varied role with plenty of moving parts.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside the Meditrax and MediLearn teams to plan, deliver and run accredited and non-accredited education programs and services
- Keep the Learning Management System (LMS) running smoothly day to day
- Manage MediLearn registrations and subscriptions,
and support users with education services and activities
- Own the Education Webinar calendar - from setup and communications through to moderating our weekly Zoom webinars
- Be the go-to for system support, fielding calls and emails from users across the business
About you
- A genuine interest in systems - e-learning platforms, LMS or similar technology - and the confidence to get hands-on with them
- Experience in a similar role, working alongside subject matter experts to shape learning content
- Sharp organisational skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for juggling deadlines
- A track record of delivering outstanding customer service alongside high-level administrative and coordination support
- Great communication and people skills - you build relationships easily with a wide range of stakeholders
- The initiative to work independently, backed by sound judgement and a problem-solving mindset
- Confidence across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Familiarity with Zoom Webinars is desirable but not essential
Benefits
- A collaborative and fun work culture with a hardworking and supportive team
- An additional day of leave on your birthday
- The ability to work for an organisation who is making a difference to the lives of vulnerable people in our community and the workforce that takes care of them
