We are looking for dedicated Certificate III Educators and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) to join our supportive Early Learning Centre in Sydney, NSW.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, is passionate about early learning and wants to build a long-term career in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator or ECT, you will support children's learning, development and wellbeing while working closely with Room Leaders and the wider early childhood team.

Key responsibilities:

- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYLF
- Create protected, nurturing and engaging learning environments
- Implement engaging learning experiences and educational programs
- Assist with observations, documentation and children's learning outcomes
- Support daily routines, activities and experiences
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and other Early Childhood Educators
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive early learning environment
- Follow the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

About You We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Teachers who are passionate about children and eager to grow within a supportive team.

You will have





- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification / ECT qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Early Education and Care
- Understanding of the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- A genuine passion for child development and early learning
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills

Pay: $70,000.00 – $83,000.00 per hour
