You will be responsible for the design, consultant engagement and variations of mechanical building services including HVAC across major constructions projects with defence, federal government, prisons, universities, hospitals, airports, hotels and data centres.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be working on power supply, lighting, data comms, power protection (earth leakage) or RCDs.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify the best outcome for greenfield, brownfield or refurbishments.
- Ensure project delivery is within budgets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficient in working on across PowerCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and ACAD.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A strong understanding of the National Construction Code and Australian regulations.
- 5+ years experience in working in commercial and infrastructure projects.
