Kayder is looking for an experienced electrician to join our team, working across high-end residential electrical, smart home automation and audio-visual projects throughout Sydney. This is a great opportunity for an electrician who enjoys quality workmanship, problem-solving and technology.
Key responsibilities
- General electrical installation and fit-off
- High-end residential electrical work
- Lighting and lighting-control installations
- Structured cabling, data and network infrastructure
- Installation of home automation and AV equipment
- Reading plans, schematics and project documentation
- Fault-finding, testing and commissioning
- Coordinating with project managers, technicians and other trades
- Completing work to a high standard while maintaining a clean and professional site
- Accurately recording completed work, materials and site information
About you
- Qualified electrician with a current NSW electrical licence
- Solid residential or commercial electrical experience
- Takes pride in producing neat, high-quality work
- Interested in home automation, smart technology and AV systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Communicates professionally with clients, builders and colleagues
- Reliable, organised and accountable
- Current Australian driver licence
- Full Australian working rights
