Behind every fundraising campaign that lands in someone's inbox at exactly the right moment, there's a producer who made sure it got there - built properly, tested thoroughly, and ready to do its job. That's what our Digital Production team does, and we need someone who takes real pride in getting the details right.

We're looking for an Email Producer to join Donor Republic and build the email and SMS campaigns behind some of Australia and New Zealand's most impactful fundraising work.

You can be based in Australia or New Zealand. We are open to you working full remote or hybrid - we have offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

About the opportunity

This is a production role sitting within our Digital Production team, reporting to the Digital Production Manager. Content and creative are supplied to you - your job is to bring them to life, building and delivering email and SMS communications in platforms like Campaign Monitor, and submitting to account teams for review.

You'll work closely with Client Services team to keep campaigns on schedule and up to standard, while also helping shape the best-practice approach we bring to every build.

What you'll do

- Build, test and schedule email and SMS communications for fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms





- Set up marketing automations and journeys

- Run A/B tests and keep our best-practice standards current as the digital landscape shifts

- Troubleshoot and resolve content or technical issues as they come up

- Manage requests and feedback from internal stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with Client Services teams to deliver to schedule

- Pitch in on other digital production tasks as needed

What you'll bring

- Experience in email production, or with similar WYSIWYG web editors
- A basic understanding of UTM tracking and URL structure

- Confidence with Excel and data processing

- Experience building marketing email journeys in Campaign Monitor, Ortto, MailChimp or similar - or real enthusiasm for learning marketing automation
- A calm, proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task under deadline pressure

- High attention to detail and a genuine drive for accuracy
- The maturity and flexibility to work well with staff, clients and suppliers at every level
