About the Role The Emergency Recovery Support Program (ERSP) Coordinator provides operational leadership, practice oversight and coordination of emergency recovery services for individuals and families impacted by emergencies (e.g. fire, flood, storm) across the Moira, Mitchell, Murrindindi, Mansfield and Strathbogie Shires.

Key Selection Criteria The following criteria must be met and addressed in applications for consideration for this position:

Essential

- Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline such as AOD, Social Work or Community Services.
- Demonstrated experience in senior casework/case management with community services, emergency response, family services, homelessness, mental health, AOD or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience providing supervision, leadership or coordination within a human services setting.




- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and disaster recovery impacts.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex risk (family violence, child safety, mental health risk, homelessness).
- Sound understanding of MARAM and ability to support others in applying the framework.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interagency coordination skills.
- Highly developed communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong administration, documentation and data management capability.
- Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team in changing environments.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to impacted sites.

Desired

- Experience in emergency management, disaster recovery or surge response models.
- Experience managing funded programs and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of Victorian recovery arrangements and service systems.
- Formal training in supervision, leadership or coaching.
