About the Role

You will play a key part in building out the organisation’s Microsoft Intune capability and establishing Intune as the central platform for endpoint management. You’ll work closely with Cyber Security, Up-to-date Workplace, and project delivery teams to design, implement, and operationalise modern endpoint management solutions across Windows and mobile platforms.

The role will focus on delivering zero-touch device provisioning, role-based device management, application protection, device security controls, and compliance capabilities, supporting a secure, compliant, and consistently managed device estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and enhance Microsoft Intune as the central platform for endpoint management.
- Configure and operationalise persona-based and role-based endpoint management capabilities.
- Support endpoint management configurations aligned to defined control personas.
- Configure and validate zero-touch enrolment across Windows and Android platforms.
- Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployment models, including user-driven, self-deploying, and pre-provisioned enrolment.
- Implement and support Android Enterprise enrolment models, including fully managed, dedicated device, and zero-touch enrolment.
- Configure, test, and deploy Content Management capabilities within Intune.
- Implement and refine Microsoft Intune Application Protection Policies (MAM).
- Implement and refine Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies for mobile and desktop devices.
- Implement and refine Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps controls.
- Support Compliance Partnership integration activities across Microsoft Entra ID and Workspace ONE.
- Support compliance monitoring, reporting, and audit evidence activities.
- Support UAT, go-live activities, phased deployments,



and ongoing testing.
- Develop operational runbooks, handover documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Support operational readiness and alignment with long-term support and service ownership models.

What You'll Need

- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Intune within large and complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, device identity, Conditional Access, and hybrid join.
- Experience deploying and managing Windows Autopilot, including user-driven, self-deploying, and pre-provisioned enrolment models.
- Hands-on experience with Android Enterprise, including fully managed devices, zero-touch enrolment, dedicated device enrolment, and cohort assignment.
- Experience designing and implementing Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Experience designing or supporting persona-based and role-based endpoint management architectures.
- Experience developing runbooks, operational documentation, handover materials, and knowledge transfer artefacts.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across Cyber Security, Modern Workplace, and project delivery teams.

- Strong Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management expertise.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device identity.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and Android Enterprise.
- Strong understanding of MAM, device compliance, and endpoint security controls.
- Experience supporting testing, deployment, operationalisation, and knowledge transfer.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and project delivery teams.
- Strong focus on security, compliance, documentation, and operational readiness.
