About the role

You will work collaboratively with our GPs and practice team to deliver high-quality nursing care across a diverse patient population. This is an Enrolled Nurse position in General Medical & Surgical nursing at Warwick Medical Centre and Skin Clinic, a up-to-date, community-focused clinic that prioritises patient outcomes and professional development.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver evidence-based clinical care
- Administer immunisations and vaccinations—including COVID-19, influenza, and routine immunisation schedules
- Support chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualised health assessment and care plans
- Perform wound care management and dressing changes
- Assist GPs with minor procedures and clinical treatments
- Deliver health promotion and patient education on preventative health and lifestyle
- Coordinate patient recalls and follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate clinical records in compliance with privacy and best-practice standards
- Support general treatment room operations and ensure a clean, welcoming clinical environment

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (or eligible for registration)
- Completed the online learning program "Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program" (or commitment to complete upon offer)
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to recognise and escalate clinical concerns appropriately




- Excellent communication skills—both with patients and the wider team
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy general practice
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and follow-up
- Proactive approach to ongoing career development and clinical updates
