About therole

Bunge isseeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join ourMaintenance & Engineering team based at our Adelaide Portsoperations.

Reportingto the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of maintenanceemployees and contractors to ensure the safe, reliable andefficient operation of fixed and mobile plant across our portfacilities. You will be responsible for planning and coordinatingmaintenance activities, managing resources and budgets, drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives and ensuring assets remainavailable to support operational requirements.

This isan excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified leader who enjoysdeveloping teams, solving technical challenges and working in adynamic operational environment.

Keyresponsibilities

- Leadand coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activitiesto maximise plant reliability and availability
- Plan, schedule andallocate labour, contractors and resources to supportoperational and maintenance requirements
- Drive a strongsafety culture through risk management, incident investigationsand contractor management processes
- Monitor maintenancebudgets, contractor expenditure and resource requirements toensure cost-effective operations
- Analyse equipmentperformance and maintenance trends to identify improvementopportunities and reduce downtime




- Ensure criticalspare parts, consumables and maintenance records are accuratelymanaged and maintained
- Lead, coach anddevelop a team of maintenance employees, including performancemanagement, training and mentoring activities
- Support capitalprojects, continuous improvement initiatives and compliancewith quality, food safety and environmentalrequirements

Aboutyou

- Proven experience inmanaging teams with a trade qualification inelectro-technology, mechanical fitting, diesel, orsimilar
- Demonstratedexperience leading maintenance teams within industrial,manufacturing, logistics, bulk handling or similarenvironments
- Strong peopleleadership skills, including performance management, coachingand team development
- Experience planningmaintenance activities, managing contractors and coordinatingoperational priorities
- Strongtroubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-makingskills
- Experience usingCMMS and maintenance reporting systems
- Ability to work atheights and within confined spaces when required
- Current unrestricteddriver's licence
