Zero Rentals Australia are on the hunt for a Fleet manager to take ownership of our Queensland location in Morningside, Brisbane.

Here at Zero Rentals we specialise in refrigerated transport solutions for businesses and the general public. We may be a young business, but we’re growing fast and don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. You won't be a lone soldier as we look to grow our fleet and business within the Queensland market.

We are seeking a professional, charismatic and self-motivated individual who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You will need to be quick on your feet, adaptable and prepared to wear multiple different hats pending the needs of the business. If you're looking for a role where you'll be behind a desk 9-5pm then this isn't the role for you.

Industry experience whilst advantageous is not required as on the job training and development is provided to you. This could be an amazing prospect for someone in hospitality or retail looking for a change of industry and to take their career to the next level. If successful in the role, there is potential to grow into the role of Queensland Fleet Manager.

What to expect from the role?

General administration and financial management

Manage, maintain and coordinate our Queensland fleet

Sales, prospecting and following up on potential leads





Customer retention and management

Negotiate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for the business

Washing & preparing vehicles for customers

Autonomy and the ability to plan your days as per the needs of the business

What we’re looking for?

High levels of customer service whether it be in person, by e-mail or over the phone

The ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers

Strong computer skills and the confidence to learn new systems

Proactivity with the foresight to plan for and anticipate problems

An energetic and dynamic person who can handle busy and have fun doing it

We need someone reliable, responsible and accountable, though not too severe

A class c licence will be required as a minimum

Strong and clear written and verbal communication
